These presets are designed for RAW file formats and that is what they will look best on.

Note: While I have done my very best to curate each preset to look good on most types of photos, there will always be photos that the presets will not work as well on. How exposed your photo is, the evenness of the lighting distributed in the photo, or the particular colors of the photo are certain examples of factors that could affect how the presets show up on your photos. In this case, you may have to make slight adjustments to certain photos once the preset is applied to achieve your desired look. I encourage this anyway because it helps you to start developing your own personal editing style!
